Returns and Refunds 

At Alveora Beauty, every order is prepared with care.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal under the conditions set out below.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without providing any reason.

Conditions for returns

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

  • be returned in good condition

  • show no signs of improper or excessive use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product

  • be returned in its original packaging, where possible

  • be shipped within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated or in the case of defective products or errors attributable to Alveora Beauty, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and verified, we will process the refund of the amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.
Initial shipping costs are not refundable, unless otherwise indicated or required by law.
The refund may be issued after the returned product has been received or after the customer provides proof of return shipment, in accordance with applicable law.

Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching any photos of the product and packaging.
Together we will assess the best solution, which may include replacement or refund.
